Custom Vanity Seat

The client wanted a vanity seat for her bathroom. The colors of the bathroom are green, maroon, and cream. I found this little bench and decided that it would be perfect for her seat!

I refinished the whole seat and painted it dark red. I then painted the bottom of the legs green. I drilled 2 holes in the seat before adding the cushion. I then covered it with fabric and threaded the buttons.

This is the end result!

Musical Jewelry Box

This musical jewelry box was a mess when i discovered it. I decided to give it a new life!

I removed the tiny hardware and sanded the whole thing. I painted it a lovely shade of gray and replaced the hardware with tiny substitutions. (The doors have tiny skull knockers on them)

I also replaced the ring holders with leopard print felt, and replaced the lining of the drawers with hot pink felt, light gray felt, and black "animal skin" felt.

The table is sealed with polyurethane.

Memoir Tie Chair

A client came to me with an idea:
Her father passed away, and he left a bunch of ties that she didn't know what to do with. After seeing my posts, she decided a tie chair would be perfect for her, and she would use it as a sewing table chair!
She wanted the chair to be white, wide, and comfy.

Hand-Painted Side Table

As I sometimes do, I forgot to take a before picture of this little pretty.

I refinished this little side table and primed it before painting it black. I then hand-painted a cream and red floral design on the top, and a cream floral design on the bottom of one of the legs. The table also has a white trim around the top.
